Millers Solform Tube Bending Gel – 15kg

Millers Solform Tube Bending Gel is an oil-free, water-based tube bending lubricant developed to replace conventional oil and soap-based products in severe mandrel bending operations. Its non-drip gel formula stays exactly where it is applied, so only a thin film is needed to protect the mandrel and produce clean, consistent bends.

Because it is water-based and chlorine-free, Solform Gel keeps components clean, cuts waste and removes the messy degreasing stage that oil-based lubricants demand – helping workshops run faster and more sustainably.

Application

Solform Gel can be applied through the tube bender’s own lubrication system or by hand directly to the mandrel. The gel thickens under the heat and pressure of bending to give reliable protection in the most demanding operations. Typical uses include automotive exhaust systems, compressed-air and fluid-system pipework, and architectural handrails and guardrails.
