Our products include lubricants, engine oils, fuel treatments, coolants and automotive chemicals. Product descriptions, specifications and application guides are provided for general guidance only. It is your responsibility to ensure that any product you purchase is suitable for your vehicle or intended application. You should always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and the relevant safety data before use. If you are unsure which product is right for your needs, please contact our sales and technical team before ordering. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from the incorrect selection, handling, storage or use of products.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. While we take care to ensure that prices and product information are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. All orders are subject to acceptance and to stock availability. A binding contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full card details on our servers.

7. Delivery

We deliver throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland; the same delivery rate applies to both. Standard shipping is charged at €9.95 (incl. VAT), with free standard shipping on web orders over €150. 8. Cancellations and returns

Your right to cancel and return orders is set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. As a consumer buying online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law, including your rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described.
