Where we deliver
We deliver to all of Ireland and Northern Ireland — the same rate applies to both.
Delivery cost
- Standard delivery: €9.95 (incl. VAT) per order.
- FREE standard delivery on web orders over €150.
How fast is delivery?
Order before 2pm and we normally dispatch the same working day from our warehouse in Co. Wexford. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day. Once dispatched:
- UPS courier — most of our parcels (and all orders over 5kg) travel with UPS on a 1–2 working day service.
- An Post — some smaller packages are sent with An Post on a 1–3 working day service.
Delivery times are estimates in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and are not guaranteed. During busy periods deliveries can occasionally take a little longer.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched. Where tracking is available for your delivery, tracking details will be included so you can follow your parcel.
Damaged or missing deliveries
We pack all our oils and fluids carefully to prevent damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at sales@ltl.ie or on 089 448 6626 and we will put it right. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
Collect from our store
Prefer to collect? Choose "Collect from store – Adamstown, Co. Wexford (FREE)" at checkout and pick your order up from us at no charge. There is always someone here during opening hours, so orders are usually ready to collect almost straight away — we will email you as soon as your order is ready.
