Corrolan is a powerful, renewable alternative to petroleum-based rust-proofing waxes and oils.
It is manufactured from the natural lanolin found in sheep’s wool. Once extracted, lanolin forms a complex coating of long-chain waxy esters with a surprising array of abilities that make it the perfect partner in the fight against corrosion and rust.
As well as its sustainability and performance, Corrolan has the advantage of forming a translucent amber-coloured self-healing film, leaving your vehicle underbody protected but open to visual inspection. This style of translucent wax treatment is preferred by car manufacturers, mechanics and MOT testers because they can see the condition of components and remove and replace parts easily. Please note also that hiding rust with black underseal now receives an advisory warning from MOT stations.
