CVL EXTRA FUEL TREATMENT
A valve seat lubricant and combustion enhancer that protects agains valve seat recession. Provides flame control, allowing engines to run more advanced ignition timing, without the danger of pre-ignition or detonation. Protects against the corrosive effects of ethanol found in modern E5 and E10 unleaded petrol. Suitable for race cars fitted with knock sensors and catalytic converters. Adds up to 4 octane numbers to base fuel.
COMPETITION RUNNING IN OIL
Where engines have had new components, “running-in” is required to bed in the new moving parts. This smooths asperities on the component surfaces to achieve the optimum compression and combustion pressures, delivering peak performance. Without this critical running-in procedure, there is increased risk of glazing the cylinder bores which can lead to a reduction in performance as well as increased oil consumption.
ASSEMBLY LUBRICANT
Assembly lubricant is recommended for use during engine rebuild to protect the valve train. The high level of ZDDP (Zinc Dithiophosphate) anti-wear additive protects from the extreme high load placed on the camshaft and cam followers on initial start-up. Assembly Lubricant is a fluid, rather than a paste, to allow miscibility with the oil.
RACING BRAKE FLUID
320 PLUS High temperature brake fluid with dry boiling point of 320˚C. Provides exceptional resistance to vapour locking and offers improved brake-feel and driver feedback.
300 PLUS High temperature brake fluid with dry boiling point of 310˚C. Provides exceptional resistance to vapour locking and offers improved brake-feel and driver feedback.

Millers CVL Extra is a powerful petrol octane booster for high-performance, modified, classic and competition engines. It raises octane to prevent knock, detonation and pinking, letting tuned and high-compression engines run cleanly and make their best power. One 500ml bottle treats up to 20 litres.
Millers Motorsport Racing Brake Fluid 320+ is an extended-performance DOT 4 racing fluid with a very high dry boiling point of at least 320°C, for racing and high-performance braking systems that see extreme temperatures. Gives exceptional resistance to vapour lock and firm, consistent brake feel.
Millers Motorsport Racing Brake Fluid 300+ is a high-temperature racing brake fluid with a dry boiling point of at least 300°C, giving exceptional resistance to vapour lock and improved brake feel for racing and high-performance braking systems.
Millers Competition Running In Oil is a mineral running-in oil for test-bed running of freshly built competition engines (up to around four hours). Its low-volatility formulation and running-in additives help piston rings and bores bed in correctly before the engine goes into service.
Millers Assembly Lube is formulated for competition engine and transmission builders, with a high concentration of anti-wear additives to protect components during assembly and the critical first start-up before oil pressure is established.
Millers Deltaplex 2EP is a multi-purpose lithium-complex grease (NLGI 2) with outstanding extreme-pressure performance. The distinctive smooth red grease suits anti-friction and plain bearings and universal joints, with excellent load-carrying, mechanical stability and corrosion resistance over a wide temperature range.
Millers Red Rubber Grease is a vegetable-oil-based specialist grease for lubricating rubber components – such as brake and hydraulic seals – without damaging them. Thickened with pyrogenic silica and easily identified by its red colour.
Millergrease NS Copper is a copper-based anti-seize compound that protects threaded and high-temperature assemblies against seizure and corrosion, making later dismantling easy. Easy to apply by brush, sponge or cloth, with a wide operating range from -20°C to +1100°C.
Millers Hi-Mol 20 is a very high-molybdenum race grease for heavily loaded constant-velocity (CV) joints in motorsport. Proven over many competition seasons, it eliminates sliding-spline binding under hard acceleration and gives outstanding protection where ordinary greases fail.
